Privacy Policy

Scope and operator

MinMei Creator Uploader is an owner-operated, non-public creator tool used only with the owner's MinMei channel. Questions may be sent to minmei@agentmail.to.

Google data the tool accesses

• Owned-channel identity and profile fields, including channel ID, title, description, handle, and thumbnail.
• Metadata for a video the owner explicitly selects to upload, including title, description, audience setting, disclosure, category, and privacy status.
• The returned video ID, processing state, and privacy state needed to verify the result and prevent accidental duplicate uploads.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to make the owner-authorized API request.

The tool does not request Google passwords, verification codes, contacts, direct messages, viewing history, or data from unrelated channels.

How data is used

Google user data is used only to verify the exact owned channel, maintain owner-selected channel profile fields, upload an owner-selected video, read back the result, and maintain a minimal local audit ledger. It is not used for advertising, profiling, surveillance, sale, or transfer to data brokers.

Website data

This public website has no login, advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, or remote upload backend. The package builder runs in the browser and does not transmit the entered video path or metadata to us.

Storage, sharing, and security

OAuth tokens stay in a protected local file on the owner's computer and are never placed in the website or source repository. The upload ledger stores only the minimum operational evidence. Google user data is not shared with third parties except as required to operate the YouTube API request initiated by the owner or to comply with law.

Retention and deletion

Tokens are retained only while the owner keeps the connection active. If access is revoked or deletion is requested, locally stored Google user data is deleted within 30 days after identity and scope are verified. Minimal non-Google operational records may be retained where legally required.

Owner control and revocation

The owner may remove the app's access at any time from Google Account third-party connections. Revocation stops future API access. The owner may also request deletion by emailing minmei@agentmail.to.

Use of this tool is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy.

Policy changes

Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date before the revised practice is used.
