Terms of Use
These terms govern use of MinMei Creator Uploader and its public information site.
Authorized use
The uploader is a private tool for the verified owner and authorized operators of the MinMei channel. It may not be used to access, modify, or upload to a channel without that channel owner's informed authorization.
Owner control
The owner selects and reviews the video, title, description, audience setting, synthetic-media disclosure, and privacy status. The tool must not silently change these choices or publish additional content. A failed exact-channel check stops the operation.
Platform obligations
Users must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service, applicable Community Guidelines, copyright law, privacy law, and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. The package requires an explicit certification before upload.
Compliance gate
Public and unlisted API publishing remains disabled until the relevant Google compliance audit is approved and the owner explicitly enables guarded public release. The operator makes no promise that Google will approve an application or remove a platform restriction.
Security
Never send passwords, OAuth tokens, verification codes, recovery codes, or other secrets to support. The owner is responsible for protecting the local computer and promptly revoking access if compromise is suspected.
Availability and changes
The tool is provided as-is for the described owner-operated workflow. Features may be changed or disabled to preserve compliance, security, or editorial control.
