Include
The date and approximate time, the operation you attempted, the non-secret error message, and the expected MinMei channel handle.
Never include
Passwords, OAuth access or refresh tokens, verification codes, recovery codes, browser cookies, or screenshots containing those values. Support will never ask for them.
Response scope
This is an owner-operated tool rather than a public software service. Support is limited to the owned MinMei workflow and is provided as availability permits.
